【摘要】 目的 探讨艾司西酞普兰联合团体心理治疗对抑郁症患者的疗效及治疗依从性的影响。方法 将64例抑郁症患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例,均口服艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组联合团体心理治疗,观察8周。治疗前后采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定抑郁症状,世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评定生存质量,自知力与治疗态度问卷量表评定患者的自知力及治疗态度。结果 治疗后两组汉密顿抑郁量表评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),观察组治疗各时点评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);两组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表各领域评分及自知力与治疗态度问卷量表评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05或0.01),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 艾司西酞普兰联合团体心理治疗对抑郁症具有协同增效作用,起效快,效果显著,有利于提高患者的生存质量及治疗依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of escitalopram plus group psychotherapy on the efficacy and treatment compliance of depression patient.Methods Sixty-four depression patients were assigned to observation and control group of 32 ones each,both groups took orally escitalopram,and observation group was plus group psychotherapy for 8 weeks.Depressive symptoms were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) before and after treatment,qualities of life with the WHO Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL),and insights and treatment attitudes with the Insight and Treatment Attitudes Questionnaire(ITAQ).Results After treatment the HAMD scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment(P<0.01) and that at each time point were significantly lower in observation than in control group(P<0.05 or 0.01);each domain scores of the WHOQOL and the ITAQ scores heightened more significantly(P<0.05 or 0.01) in both groups and those were significantly higher in observation than in control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Escitalopram plus group psychotherapy has a synergism in depression,takes effect more rapidly,has an evident effect,and is beneficial to the improvement of patients’ quality of life and treatment compliance.更多还原
