【摘要】 目的 探讨新版韦氏幼儿智力量表和年龄与发育进程问卷:社交-情绪联合应用对儿童早期发展检测的价值。方法 将356名儿童按随机数字表法分为3组,A组(120名)采用韦氏幼儿智力量表进行认知能力评估,B组(121名)采用年龄与发育进程问卷:社交-情绪进行社会情感发展和心理健康水平测试,C组(115名)联合上述两种量表进行认知功能、社会情感发展和心理健康水平检测。比较3组儿童发育异常检出状况。结果 A组儿童发育异常检出率为67.5%,B组为62.8%,C组为93.0%,3组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01),进一步两两比较发现,C组显著高于A组、B组(P<0.01),A组与B组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 联合应用新版韦氏幼儿智力量表和年龄与发育进程问卷:社交-情绪检测儿童早期发展状况更准确、更全面、更科学,可全面发现儿童早期发育存在的问题,有利于儿童早期发展策略的制定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate combined application value of the new-edition Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence-Ⅳ(NE-WPPSI-Ⅳ) and Ages & Stages Questionnaires?:Social-Emotional(ASQ:SE) to children’s early development detection.Methods A total of 356 children were randomly assigned to 3 groups,congnitions assessed with the WPPSI-Ⅳ in group A(n=120),social-emotional development and mental health levels with the ASQ:SE in B(n = 121),and congnitions,social-emotional development and mental health levels with the combination of the two scales in C(n = 115).Detection results of abnormal development were compared among 3 groups.Results The detection rate of abnormal development was 67.5%in group A,62.8%B and 93.0%C,which showed significant group differences(P<0.01),that significantly higher in C than in A and B(P<0.01),there was no significant group difference between A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined application of WPPSI-Ⅳ and ASQ:SE is more accurate,comprehensive and scientific in children’s early development detection,could discover children’s early development problems comprehensively,and is beneficial to the formulation of children’s early development strategies.更多还原
