【摘要】 目的 探讨医护人员的职业倦怠水平及其与自我效能、人格特征及应对方式的关系,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供理论依据。方法 对470名医护人员采用一般资料与人口学特征调查表、应对方式问卷、艾森克人格问卷、Maslach职业倦怠问卷-通用版、一般自我效能感量表进行测评分析。结果 本组医护人员职业倦怠检出率为32.6%。不同性别、文化程度医护人员的职业倦怠水平比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01),医生Maslach职业倦怠问卷-通用版的人格解体维度分显著高于护士(P<0.01)。医护人员Maslach职业倦怠问卷-通用版的情感耗竭维度分与自我效能评分及掩饰性、积极应对维度分呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与神经质、精神质、消极应对维度分呈显著正相关(P<0.01);人格解体维度分与自我效能评分及内外向性、掩饰性、积极应对维度分呈显著负相关(.P<0.01),与神经质、精神质、消极应对维度分呈显著正相关(P<0.01);低成就感维度分与自我效能评分、积极应对维度分呈显著负相关(P<0.05或0.01),与精神质、消极应对维度分呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论 医护人员存在一定程度的职业倦怠,且存在性别、文化程度、医护差异,职业倦怠与自我效能、人格特征及应对方式密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationships between job burnout levels and self-efficacy,personality characteristics or coping style in medical workers in order to provide theoretic basis for making purposeful clinical intervention.Methods Assessments were carried out with self-made general data questionnaire,Coping Styles Questionnaire(CSQ),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS) and General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES) in 470 medical workers.Results The detection rate of job burnout was 32.6%in the medical workers.There were significant differences in job burnout levels among medical workers with different genders and educational levels(P<0.05 or 0.01).score on depersonalization of MBI-GS was significantly higher in doctors than in nurses(P<0.01).Emotional exhaustion score was negatively related to self-efficacy,L and active coping score notably(P<0.01) and positively to N,P and passive coping(P<0.01);depersonalization score was negatively related to E,L and active coping score notably(P<0.01) and positively to N,P and passive coping(P<0.01);low achievement score was negatively related to self-efficacy and active coping score notably(P<0.01) and positively to P and passive coping(P<.0.01).Conclusion Medical workers have job burnout to a certain extent,sexes,educational levels and doctor-nurse differences are closely related to self-efficacy,personality characteristics and coping styles.更多还原
