【摘要】 目的 探讨老年高血压患者血脂水平与血压变异性的关系。方法 将300例老年高血压患者根据血脂水平检测结果分为血脂异常组和血脂正常组,对两组患者进行24 h动态血压监测,根据监测结果分析老年高血压患者血脂水平与血压变异性的相关性。结果 两组间一般资料比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);血脂异常组24 h收缩压、24 h舒张压、24 h平均脉压差、白昼平均脉压差、夜间平均脉压差、白昼收缩压、夜间收缩压、24 h收缩压变异性、24 h舒张压变异性均显著高于血脂正常组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 老年高血压患者血脂水平与血压变异性呈显著正相关,临床上在降压治疗的同时应进一步关注血脂水平的变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between plasma lipid levels and blood pressure variability(BPV) in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 300 elderly patients with hypertension were assigned to dyslipidemia and ortholiposis group according to blood-lipid detection results,24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was carried out for both groups,and the relationships of plasma lipid levels and BPV were analyzed according to monitoring results.Results There was no significant group differences in general data(P>0.05);such indexes were significantly higher in dyslipidemia than in ortholiposis group as 24 h SBP,24 h DBP,24 h average pulse pressure(APP),daytime APP,nighttime APP,daytime SBP,nighttime SBP,24 h SBP variability and 24 h DBP variability(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Blood lipid levels are positively related to BPV in elderly patients with hypertension,blood-lipid changes should be further concerned at the same time of antihypertensive treatment.更多还原
