【摘要】 目的 了解精神疾病司法鉴定的现状。方法 采用回顾性分析方法 对152例接受精神疾病司法鉴定的案例资料进行分析。结果 本组案例以男性和文化程度低者居多,以刑事案件为主,公安机关委托的案件比例较高,申请鉴定的目的 呈多样化。结论 法医精神病学面临着越来越多的问题和挑战,司法鉴定工作者必须加强学习,以保障精神障碍者的合法权益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current situation of forensic psychiatric expertise.Methods Data of 152 cases with forensic psychiatric expertise were retrospectively analyzed.Results Most of the clients were male and ones with lower educational level,cases mainly criminal,the proportion of cases entrusted by public security organs was higher,ends of appraisement were diversified.Conclusion Forensic psychiatry faces more and more problems and challenges,workers engaging in judicial expertise must enhance learning to ensure lawful benefits of mental patients.更多还原
