【摘要】 目的 探讨内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗消化道早期肿瘤患者的围手术期护理干预效果。方法对242例行消化道内镜下黏膜剥离术患者进行术前、术后护理干预,观察患者术中及术后并发症的发生情况。结果 2例患者术中并发穿孔,进行钛夹治疗后痊愈,其余240例患者均无严重并发症及医护安全问题。结论 对行消化道内镜下黏膜剥离术患者进行护理干预,可以有效保证手术的顺利进行,促进疾病康复,提高患者术后生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore perioperative nursing interventions of endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD) for digestive early tumor patients.Methods Preand post-operative nursing interventions were conducted in 242 patients undergoing ESD,intra- and post-operative complications observed.Results Two patients were complicated by perforation during operation and fully recovered via titanium clip treatment,other 240 ones had no severe complications and medical safety issues.Conclusion Nursing interventions in patients undergoing ESD could effectively ensure the smooth progress of the operation,promote patients’ rehabilitation,and boost patients’ post-operative quality of life.更多还原
