【Abstract】 With the emphasis on atrial fibrillation(AF), more and more patients with atrial fi brillation were found. Then the atrial fi brillation burden appeared, there were a lot of experiments proved that AF burden was associated with ischemic stroke. In order to guide the anticoagulant therapy, some experiments were trying to combine AF burden with CHADS2 score to assess the risk of stroke. The latest related literature of the relationship between atrial fi brillation burden and ischemic stroke were reviewed.更多还原
