【Abstract】 The disorders of peripheral nervous system include neuronopathies, those diseases may affect the neuron’s cell body and peripheral neuropathies, which affect the peripheral process. Neuronopathies can be subdivided into motor neuron disease, sensory neuronopathies and ganglionopathies. Peripheral neuropathies can be subdivided into myelinopathies and axonopathies. After the localization diagnosis of peripheral neuropathies, the clinician could make qualitative diagnosis. These are 6 key questions which the clinician should take them into consideration. Most neuropathy and neuronopathy patients can be placed into different patterns. Pathogenesis can be deduced from some different patterns by laboratory tests such as EMG, genetic testing, nerve biopsy and so on.更多还原
