【Abstract】 Objective To reduce the risk of drug use and ensure the safety and rationality of clinical medication,through investigating and analyzing the situation of irrational use of drugs in the hospital venous distribution center. Methods Concluding the causes of errors in the process of intravenous drug disposition. Results The causes of intravenous drug errors include external environment, the factors of the disposition, the unreasonable medical advice, and the management factors.
