【摘要】 目的探讨应用TST器械,以伞形吻合的方法行PPH手术的临床价值。方法 2015年2月至2015年7月,对118例无选择性患者实施经改良过的PPH手术(TST器械及伞形吻合应用于PPH)。结果全部手术顺利完成,118例手术无一术中及术后大出血,无肛门狭窄等并发症。结论经改良过的PPH手术(TST器械及伞形吻合应用于PPH)在有适应证的痔疮患者的手术治疗是安全的,其并发症少,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of application of TST devices, with method of anastomosis umbrella for PPH surgery. Methods From February 2015 to July 2015, 118 cases of non-selective patients implemented the improved PPH surgery(TST device and an umbrella shaped anastomosis in PPH). Results All the operations were successfully completed, 118 cases were operated with no intraoperative and postoperative massive hemorrhage, no complications such as anal stenosis. Conclusion The improved PPH surgery(TST device and an umbrella shaped anastomosis in PPH), in to the symptoms of hemorrhoids patients and surgical treatment is safe, less complications, worthy of promotion.更多还原
