【摘要】 目的:探讨银屑病中医证型与人类白细胞抗原(HLA)-CW、-DRB1等位基因的相关性。方法:用序列特异性引物-聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)方法,对152例江苏籍汉族寻常性银屑病患者进行HLA-CW、-DRB1等位基因的分型,并分析上述基因在各组中的分布。结果:银屑病患者的两个等位基因阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,HLA-CW*0602等位基因:OR=5.35,P<0.05。HLA-DRB1*07等位基因:OR=3.49,P<0.05。血热型基因阳性率与血瘀型基因阳性率相比,P=0.586,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:HLA-CW*0602与HLA-DRB1*07基因可能是江苏籍寻常性银屑病患者易感基因。银屑病患者的这两种基因与中医证型无相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the correlation between Chinese medicine syndrome type of psoriasis and allele of human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-CW,-DRB1. Methods: The HLA-CW and DRB1 alleles were genotyped by Polymerase chain reaction-specific sequence primers(PCR-SSP)in 152 patients with psoriasis vulgaris from Han nationality of Jiangsu province. The genotypes of HLA-CW and DRB1 alleles in patients and controls were analyzed. Results: The positive rates of two alleles in psoriatic patients were significantly higher than that in the controls(HLA-CW*0602 allele OR=5.35, P<0.05 and HLA-DRB1*07OR=3.49, P<0.05). However, the positive rates of these two genes were no significant differences between blood-heat and blood stasis type(P=0.586). Conclusions: HLA-CW*0602 and HLA-DRB1*07 alleles may be the susceptibility genes for psoriasis in Jiangsu Province. But there was no correlation between the two genes and TCM Syndrome Types in psoriatic patients.更多还原
