【摘要】 报告1例呈色素改变的不典型家族性慢性良性天疱疮。患者女,42岁。双侧腋窝、窝出现网状色素沉着斑1年,皮损增多伴颜色加深,并双侧腹股沟出现同性质皮损半年余。组织病理示:表皮轻度增生,基底层色素增加,并可见棘层松解细胞,呈倒塌砖墙样外观,真皮浅层可见噬色素细胞浸润及血管周围淋巴细胞为主的浸润。诊断为家族性慢性良性天疱疮。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 42-year-old female presented with aggressive reticular pigmentation on her both axillae and popliteal fossae for one year, and on bilateral inguinal regions for 6 months. Histopathological examination showed epidermal hyperplasia, hyperpigmentation in the basal layer, acantholytic cells forming "dilapidated brick wall", and perivascular infiltration of lymphocytes and melanophages in the upper dermis. The diagnosis of familial benign chronic pemphigus was made.更多还原
