【摘要】 目的探讨多途径手术进程信息发布系统在围术期的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月~11月在我院接受择期手术的160例患者家属,采用随机数字表法分为实验组86例和对照组74例。实验组接收手术进程信息。对照组常规途径获取信息。比较两组家属在患者送入手术室时(T1)、手术开始30min时(T2)、手术结束送至恢复室时(T3)三个时段的血压、心率、焦虑状况及术后护理满意度。结果两组家属在T1时的血压、心率及SAI评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);实验组家属在T2和T3时的血压、心率及SAI评分显著优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。实验组患者家属满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论多途径手术进程信息发布系统的应用,能够有效维持患者家属血压及心率的稳定,降低家属心理负担,提高家属对手术护理的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of using multiple pathways network operation process,including LED screen,voice broadcast,network sending SMS message and HIS system,onpatients’ families’ feeling in preoperative period.Method A random sample of 160patients’ families were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups in study from May to November in 2015.The intervention group received surgery process information,and the control group received the routine way to obtain information.To assess and compare the blood pressure,heart rate,anxiety and satisfaction between two groups at T1,T2,T3 times.Result The families in the intervention group had significant better blood pressure and heart rate and lower level of anxiety than control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).In addition,the intervention group also had significantly higher level of satisfaction on surgical nursing than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of multiple pathways operation process information network system could maintain the stable blood pressure and heart pressure,reduce the families’ psychological burden and improve the satisfaction on the surgical nursing.更多还原
