【摘要】 目的研究女性医务人员对HPV疫苗认知情况及分析HPV疫苗接受度的影响因素。方法 2014年11月~2015年1月采用问卷方式对深圳市某三甲医院300名女性医务人员进行调查。结果有效问卷272份,其中91.91%的女性医务人员知道宫颈癌的病因(妇产科医务人员为100%,非妇产科医务人员为87.78%),77.21%知道HPV疫苗(妇产科医务人员为91.30%,非妇产科医务人员为70.00%),愿意接种HPV疫苗者占72.79%(妇产科医务人员为84.78%,非妇产科医务人员为66.67%),愿意让其女儿接种HPV疫苗者占75.79%(妇产科医务人员为75.86%,非妇产科医务人员为75.76%)。医务人员的年龄、所在科室以及亲友有无宫颈癌史是影响接种HPV疫苗的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论女性医务人员对HPV疫苗认知较高,妇产科女性医务人员对HPV的认知及其疫苗的接受度优于非妇产科医务人员。应着重加强对非妇产科女性医务人员的认知干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the cognition of acceptance of HPV vaccine in female doctors and analyzed the influence factors.Method From November 2014 to January 2015,we applied the questionnaire survey to investigate 300 female doctors of major hospital in Shenzhen.Result Effective questionnaire were 272,91.91% of the female medical personnel know the cause of cervical cancer(obstetrics and gynecology medical personnel is 100%,the non-obstetrics and gynecology medical staff is 87.78%).77.21% know HPV vaccine(obstetrics and gynecology medical personnel is 91.30%,the non-obstetrics and gynecology medical staff is 70.00%).Willing to HPV vaccine accounted for 72.79%(obstetrics and gynecology department was 84.78%,the non-obstetrics and gynecology medical staff is 66.67%).Want to let their daughter get HPV vaccine accounted for 75.79%(obstetrics and gynecology is 75.86%,the non-obstetrics and gynecology medical staff is 75.76%).Age smaller,obstetrics and gynecology medical staff as well as friends and family has a history of cervical cancer in women of HPV vaccine will higher(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Female staff cognition of HPV vaccine is higher,obstetrics and gynecology medical staff for cognitive and the acceptance of the HPV vaccine is better than that of the non-obstetrics and gynecology.We need pay more attention on the non-obstetrics and gynecology medical staff cognitive intervention.更多还原
