【摘要】 目的探讨防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)微创内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法应用PFNA微创内固定治疗48例老年股骨转子间骨折患者。结果手术时间35~90 min,术中出血量50~270ml。患者均获得随访,时间12~48个月。骨折愈合时间3~5个月。根据Harris髋关节功能评分标准评价术后功能:优31例,良12例,中5例,优良率89.6%。结论 PFNA微创内固定是治疗老年股骨转子间骨折简单有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment for intertrochanteric fracture of the elderly by the using of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation( PFNA) minimally invasive internal fixation. Methods A total 48 cases of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly patients were treated with PFNA minimally invasive internal fixation.Results The operation time was 35 ~ 90 min,the volume of intraoperative bleeding was 50 ~ 270 ml. All patients were followed up for 12 ~ 48 months,and the healing time of the fracture was 3 ~ 5 months. According to the Harris hip function evaluation criteria,the postoperative function was excellent in 31 cases,good in 12,fair in 5,and the excellent and good rate was 89. 6%. Conclusions PFNA minimally invasive internal fixation is a simple and effective method for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of the elderly.更多还原
