【Abstract】 With the application of HBs Ag quantification in clinical practice,recent studies have found that HBs Ag level can not only reflect the transcriptional activity of double- stranded covalently closed circular DNA,but also predict the risk of disease progression and response to antiviral therapy in patients with chronic HBV infection.This article reviews the changes in HBs Ag level in the natural course of HBV infection and points out the changes in HBs Ag level can provide new ideas to the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.更多还原
