【摘要】 目的探讨肺动静脉畸形的影像学诊断及介入治疗的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2007年10月至2013年11月在本院行介入治疗的15例肺动静脉畸形患者的临床资料,分析总结其临床表现、影像特征及介入治疗的方法与疗效。结果 15例患者均行CT血管造影(CTA)检查,显示病灶的供血动脉、引流静脉及不同形状的瘤囊,提示肺部动静脉畸形病灶,并将病灶分型,其中简单型12例,复杂型3例。15例患者均行介入栓塞治疗,其中13例患者临床症状逐渐好转,2例复杂型患者症状得到缓解,所有患者介入治疗效果良好,术后均未发生严重并发症。结论对可疑肺动静脉畸形患者应及时行CTA明确诊断,介入栓塞是一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the imaging features and the effect of interventional therapy in patients with pulmonary arteriovenous malformations( PAVMs). Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 15 patients who suffered from with PAVMs intervention therapy in our hospital from Oct 2007 to Nov 2013 were done.. Then summarized the clinical manifestation,imaging features,effect of intervention therapy and discussed the value of intervention therapy. Results 15 patients underwent CTA and showed the feeding arteries,drainage veins of the lesions and the different shape of the aneurysm sac,suggest pulmonary arteriovenous malformation,and the lesions classification,12 cases simple type,3cases complex type. Transcatheterembolization for pulmonary arteriovenous malformations was successfully performed in all15 cases,and 13 patients relative symptoms disappeared after treatment. 2 cases of complex type alleviated after treatment.All operation results were fine,with no serious complication. Conclusion Cases with potential PAVMs should undergo CTA as soon as possible to ensure diagnosis,interventional therapy is a safe and effective treatment method.更多还原
