【摘要】 目的探讨莫西沙星对多重耐药肺结核患者血清对氧磷酶(PON1)活性及氧化应激指标影响。方法本研究连续性收录2012年1月至2014年6月于我院就诊并被确诊为耐多药肺结核的患者80例,分为莫西沙星组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。监测治疗前后血清总氧化态(TOS)、总抗氧化态(TAS)、氧化应激指数(OSI)和PON1水平改变。结果莫西沙星组患者治疗后TAS和PON1水平明显上升(P<0.05),TOS和OSI水平明显下降(P<0.05),而对照组仅可见TOS和OSI水平明显下降(P<0.05)。莫西沙星与△TAS(r=0.703,P=0.01)和△PON1(r=0.783,P=0.01)呈正相关,与△TOS(r=-0.598,P=0.03)呈负相关。结论 MDR-TB患者体内处于氧化应激损伤状态,通过莫西沙星联合抗痨治疗后可以明显改善氧化-抗氧系统的失衡情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of moxifloxacin on serum levels of PON1 and oxidative markers in patients with multiple drug resistant tuberculosis( MDR-TB). Methods 80 patients with MDR-TB were enrolled in this study and divided into two group: the moxifloxacin group( n = 40) and the control group( n = 40) randomly and equally. The changes of serum levels of TAS,TOS,OSI and PON1 after treatment were recorded and analyzed.Results The levels of TAS and PON1 were significantly increased in the moxifloxacin group after anti-TB treatment,while the levels of TOS and OSI were significantly decreased. Correlation analysis showed that moxifloxacin administration was positively associated with changes of TAS and PON1,while negatively related with changes of TOS and OSI. Conclusion Oxidative stress injury exists in patients with MDR-TB and moxifloxacin treatment can improve the unbalance of oxidative and anti-oxidative system,which may contribute to enhance anti-tuberculosis therapeutic effect.更多还原
