【摘要】 目的研究床旁纤支镜吸痰及肺泡灌洗在老年卒中相关性肺炎患者中的临床效果。方法随机将70例年龄超过60岁的卒中相关性肺炎患者分为A、B两组,每组35例,A组采用常规吸痰及抗感染等治疗;B组变常规吸痰为纤支镜吸痰及肺泡灌洗。对患者进行肺部感染评分。比较两组患者治疗后血气结果、血清炎症因子、临床肺部感染评分。结果 B组治疗后血气结果、血清炎症因子、临床肺部感染评分等指标均优于A组。结论床边纤支镜吸痰及肺泡灌洗术应用于老年卒中相关性肺炎的患者安全、有效,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of beside fibrous bronchoscope suction and alveolar lavage for elderly patients with stroke associated pneumonia( SAP). Methods 70 cases of over 60 years old patients with SAP were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group. The group A was given conventional sputum suction and antibiotic drugs,and the group B was given fibrous bronchoscope suction and alveolar lavage. Their blood gas analysis,serum inflammatory factors and clinical pulmonary infection score were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of blood gas analysis,serum inflammatory factors and clinical pulmonary infection score was more pronounced in the group B than in the group A. Conclusion Beside fibrous bronchoscope suction combine with alveolar lavage is an safe and effective method for elderly patients with SAP,which has high clinical value,and is worthy of widely clinical application.更多还原
