【摘要】 目的探讨经胸超声心动图(TTE)在先天性房间隔缺损(ASD)和室间隔缺损(VSD)封堵器预测中的应用价值。方法对210例ASD患者和203例VSD患者行TTE预测封堵器类型和大小,并计算预测值。导管封堵术后随访6个月评价封堵疗效。结果210例ASD封堵成功205例,203例VSD封堵成功197例,手术成功率分别为97.6%和97.0%。应用TTE预测ASD和VSD封堵器大小与实际选择封堵器大小符合率分别为94.2%和97.0%。结论 TTE对先天性心脏病封堵器类型和大小的选择具有重要的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the predictive values of transcatheter occluder device in congenital atrial septal defect(ASD) and ventricular septal defect(VSD) by transthoracic echocardiography(TTE). Methods Two hundred and ten cases of ASD and 203 cases of VSD were included in this study. TTE were performed to measure the defect size and predict the appropriate occlude device for all patients. The predictive size measured by TTE were compared with the real closure size. Results The intervention therapy was performed successfully in 205 ASD cases and 197 VSD cases,the successful rate were 97.6% and 97.0%,respectively. The coincidence rates were 94.2% and 97.0% for ASD and VSD,respectively.Conclusion Transthoracic echocardiography is very important to select the proper closure before congenital heart diseases intervention therapy.更多还原
