【摘要】 目的探讨超声心动图对部分性肺静脉异位引流(PAPVC)的诊断价值。方法回顾分析经手术或CT证实的66例PAPVC患者超声心动图资料。结果 66例PAPVC患者中,心上型16例(24.2%),心内型47例(71.3%),心下型3例(4.5%)。术前超声心动图准确诊断46例(69.7%),提示性诊断14例(21.2%),漏诊6例(9.1%),准确诊断和提示性诊断率达90.9%。结论超声心动图对PAPVC诊断具有较高的临床价值,可准确诊断合并畸形及定量评估肺动脉高压,对外科手术时机和方式的选择有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of echocardiography(ECG) in detecting partial anomalous pulmonary venous connections(PAPVC). Methods ECG data of 66 patients with PAPVC confirmed by operation or CT were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 66 patients with PAPVC,16 cases(24.2%) were supracardiac type,47 cases(71.3%)were intracardiac type,and 3 cases(4.5%) were infracardiac type. 46 patients with PAPVC was diagnosed definitely(69.7%),14 was suspected(21.2%),while 6 was missed using ECG(9.1%).The ratio of definite and suspected diagnose was 90.9%. Conclusion ECG has important clinic value in detecting PAPVC it has in diagnosing complication of malformation exactly and assessing pulmonary arterial pressure quantitively,it has important meaning in selecting an optimal operation strategy.更多还原
