水解沉钒动力学研究
A STUDY ON KINETICS OF VANADIUM HYDROLYSIS PRECIPITATION
【摘要】 以离子交换解吸含钒碱性溶液为原料,进行了水解沉钒试验,建立合理的动力学模型研究水解沉钒过程动力学。研究结果表明,在试验条件下,水解沉钒过程的反应级数为2.45,钒析出的表观活化能为127.69 k J/mol,水解沉钒过程受化学反应控制。
【Abstract】 Experiment of vanadium hydrolysis precipitation was carried out by using vanadium alkaline solution from desorption process of ion exchange. A reasonable dynamic model was established to study kinetics of the process of vanadium hydrolysis precipitation. The results show that,under the experimental conditions,the reaction order of the vanadium hydrolysis precipitation process is 2. 45 and the apparent activation energy is 127. 69 k J / mol.The process of vanadium hydrolysis precipitation is controlled by chemical reaction.
