铜锌混合硫化矿加压浸出研究

【摘要】 通过对铜锌混合硫化矿加压浸出过程影响因素的研究,得到最优工艺条件为:压力1.2 MPa,浸出时间3 h,磨矿时间20 min,初始酸浓度150 g/L,液固比6:1,温度150℃,搅拌速度600 r/min,木质素磺酸钠加入量0.5%。在此工艺条件下,锌浸出率为99.45%,铜浸出率为94.23%,铁浸出率63.57%,渣率为45.53%,硫转化率为68.33%,金银富集于渣中。有价金属得到了较好的富集和回收。

【Abstract】 Base on the influence factors study of pressure leaching for a copper-zinc sulphide concentrate,the optimal conditions were established as follows: pressure 1. 2 MPa,leaching time 3 h,grinding time 20 min,initial sulfuric acid concentration 150 g / L,ratio of liquid to solid 6∶ 1,leaching temperature 150 ℃,agitation speed 600 r / min,sodium lignosulfonate 0. 5%. In the optimal conditions,the leaching rates of zinc,copper and iron were99. 45%,94. 23% and 63. 57% respectively,the slag rate was 45. 53%,the sulfur conversion rate was 68. 33%,gold and silver were enriched in slag. The enrichment and recovery of valuable metals were thus achieved.
