【摘要】 如何确定影响高校科技成果评价因素,管理好高校科研经费,使其真正服务于社会经济发展,一直是困扰科技界的一个难题。地方高校科研具有较强的地域性、应用性等特点。采用AHP方法对北京地方高校科技成果评价因素进行分析与排序,其结果是政府或企业直接采用、科技成果潜在价值、政府或企业简接采用三因素排在前三位,资源投入、学生参与、项目研究目标实现三因素排在倒数后三位。地方高校科技成果评价更看重当下或未来科技成果的应用性,对于资源投入、学生参与等因素的重视程度显得不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 It has always been a difficult problem that baffles the science and technology circle how to determine the evaluation indicators influencing scientific & technological achievements in local universities,manage well scientific research funds in universities and make them serve really for the social and economic development. However,local universities are usually localized and application- orientated. With AHP method,this paper analyzes the proper evaluation indicators of the scientific and technological achievements data of local universities in Beijing and their ranking,finding that the most significant indicators are government / enterprise direct involvement,potential value,and government / enterprise indirect involvement. While the least significant ones are resource investment,student involvement and research object,indicating the fact that applicability of those achievements receives more weight in the evaluation.更多还原
