高能球磨与真空退火对纳米晶FeSiAl微波特性的影响
Effects of Flattening and Annealing on the Microwave Properties of Nano-crystal FeSiAl Alloys
【摘要】 采用熔体快淬法制备了Fe Si Al快淬带料,并利用行星式高能球磨机对Fe Si Al快淬带料进行了扁平化处理。重点研究了高能球磨处理和真空退火工艺对Fe Si Al粉体材料微波电磁参数的影响。结果表明,Fe Si Al快淬带料通过高能球磨处理能获得薄片状Fe Si Al纳米晶材料,后续真空退火处理工艺可以保持纳米晶结构和片状外形,可使微波复磁导率实部和虚部进一步提高,2 GHz处复磁导率实部μ’和虚部μ″分别达6.1和4.3。
【Abstract】 Fe Si Al ribbon was firstly prepared by melt-spinning quenching method,and then further flattened by high-energy planetary ball mill. The research focused on the effects of high-energy ball milling and vacuum annealing on the microwave parameters of Fe Si Al materials. The results show that flaky Fe Si Al particles with nano-crystalline structure can be prepared by high-energy ball milling. The subsequent vacuum annealing can not only maintain the flaky morphology and nano-crystalline structure,but also further improve the real part and virtual part of the complex permeability,resulting in the real part μ’ and virtual part μ″ at 2 GHz up to 6. 1 and 4. 3,respectively.
