金属板材激光诱导自由成形边缘效应的抑制策略研究
The Edge Effect Restraint Strategy of Plate under Laser Forming Technology
【摘要】 针对板材激光诱导自由成形过程中的边缘效应现象,利用有限元分析方法,通过对板材激光诱导自由成形过程中板材受到的应力进行有限元分析,提出了一种减小板材边缘效应的有效扫描方式——间断扫描,并通过有限元分析及5A06铝合金板材的成形实验,对这种方法进行了验证,结果表明这种方法能有效减小板材激光诱导自由成形中的边缘效应现象。
【Abstract】 The edge effect phenomena would take place on plates after being formed under laser induced free forming technology,the finite element method( FEM) was adopted to analyze the phenomena and the according to the stress analysis an scanning strategy-the discontinuous scanning strategy-to decrease the edge effect effectively was proposed. The results of the FEM analysis and the experiments indicated that the edge effect of the plate decreased effectively when being formed with the new scanning strategy-the discontinuous scanning strategy.
