一种用于高压测试的电阻分压器研究

【摘要】 为有效监测电容储能脉冲功率源装置中晶闸管从触发到导通时间内两端的电压变化情况,设计出一种分压器+数字存储示波器电压采集方案。建立电阻型分压器的集中参数模型。从理论上分析杂散电感、对地杂散电容、纵向电容等分布参数对低压输出波形幅值、响应时间、相位误差的影响。并通过软件仿真分析。根据分析结果提出设计分压器的相关参数,采用玻璃釉膜电阻制作分压器。经过实验验证,该分压器方案能实时、准确地监测电容储能脉冲功率源中晶闸管两端的阶跃高压信号。

【Abstract】 A divider-digital storage oscilloscope program is proposed to monitor variation of voltage signal on thyristor from triggered to conducting in pulsed power source. Establishing lumped parameter model of resistive divider was established. The degree of influence which stray inductance,stray capacitance and longitudinal capacitance caused on the low-voltage output waveform amplitude、response time、phase error were analyzed. A simulation was analyzed by PSPICE. The new divider was developed by using glass enamel film resistor according to the result of analysis,and the voltage signal generated from capacitive Pulse Power Source is in great agreement with the new divider after theoretical analysis and experimental verification.
