干成剂对污泥对流干燥特性的影响
Effect of Sludge Additive Agent on Convective Drying Characteristics of Sewage Sludge
【摘要】 在热风温度为50~80℃,风速为0.96 m/s的条件下,利用对流干燥试验台对直径为8 mm的圆条状污泥进行了干燥试验,分析了干成剂对污泥干燥特性的影响。发现原污泥的干燥特性与普通物料有较大的差别,只存在预热阶段和减速干燥阶段,50℃时的干燥时间几乎是80℃时干燥时间的2倍。向污泥中加入干成剂后,污泥的干燥速率大大提高;但存在一个最佳的干成剂掺量比使污泥具有最大的干燥速率。污泥干燥进行到某一阶段后再进行添加干成剂才能有效缩短干燥时间,存在一个最佳的干成剂添加时间。
【Abstract】 The drying experiments of cylindrical sewage sludge with diameter of 8 mm were done at the hot air temperature range of 50 ~ 80 ℃ and flow speed of 0. 96 m / s with a laboratory scale convective dryer. The effect of sludge additive agent on convective drying characteristics of sewage sludge was discussed. It was found that there was big difference between sewage sludge drying and common material drying. Only the preheating period and falling rate drying period were found during sewage sludge drying. Sludge additive agent can improve sludge drying performance,increase drying rate,but there was an optimal additive ratio and mixing time leading the quickest drying rate.
