【摘要】 如今科学技术每时每刻都在影响着人们的生活,同时科技创新能力关乎一个国家的未来发展,而科研项目能否顺利实施与科研项目的管理密不可分。科研项目管理也会因地域和时代不同,而所需的管理模式不尽相同。分析了内蒙古高校管理科研项目中所存在的问题,并根据内蒙古地区高校自身特点,提出改变现有的重立项和经费管理,轻成果的传统模式,转变为重立项管理和成果管理,轻经费管理模式的观点,以期能更大的激活科研人员的自主性和能动性。更多还原
