【Abstract】 The research of development of China’s engineering and technical personnel training is the key to new industrial revolution and new road of industrialization. To adapt to the new industrial revolution,Technology Universities should promote construction of the platform for University-Industry cooperation and Industry-University-Research cooperation model. In this way,it can strengthen the change of teacher’s role and development of a group of Engineering-teacher Type.
