【Abstract】 Since China promulgated The Teachers’ Law and decided to implement the teacher certification system in 1993, the National Teacher Certification Examination has gradually developed from legislation into practice. So far, the Examination has gone through three main stages, namely the legislation and regulation stage, the double track stage and the reform and trialing stage.
