钢渣处理工艺与装备的现状与创新

【摘要】 概述了"十二五"期间钢渣预处理、中段处理、深化利用技术,从理论研究、工艺技术、生产装备、产业政策等方面,分析了目前以规模化钢渣微粉生产为代表的高附加值应用中出现的问题。提出了用辊压技术结合立磨进行工艺创新生产复合微粉的新思路。新工艺缩短了生产流程,大幅减少了一次性投资和运行费用,充分利用了矿渣微粉生产的成熟技术,适合不同市场主体参与,是大规模消纳钢渣的新途径。

【Abstract】 The paper summarized the technique of steel slag pre-process, intermediate process and reinforced utilization during 12 th five-year-plan period, and analyzed the problems during the high added value utilization represented by large-scale production of steel slag powder from theoretical study, technology and process, equipment, industrial policy etc. In addition, it proposed a new innovative idea of producing compound powder by combining the roller press and the vertical mill. Thus, the production flow was shortened by the new technology, one-time investment and the operation cost greatly reduced, and mature technology of producing slag powder was fully applied, which made the new technology be suitable for various markets and become new approach of large-scale processing steel slag.
