软组织修形电刀在楔状缺损修复治疗中的应用及临床观察

【摘要】 目的比较软组织修形电刀及排龈法在修复楔状缺损中的临床疗效差异。方法选择边缘位于龈缘以下0~2 mm内楔状缺损活髓患牙80颗分成两组,分别用软组织修形电刀及排龈法进行充填治疗前龈缘处理,树脂充填,分别于术后半年、1年复查评估,利用改良USPHS标准进行临床评估疗效,统计分析两组疗效差异。结果术后半年及1年复查软组织修形电刀组在边缘密合性及边缘着色方面均优于排龈组(P<0.05);半年复查软组织修形电刀组牙龈反应重于排龈组(P<0.05),而1年复查两组未见显著差异(P>0.05);其余方面评估术后半年及1年均未见显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在楔状缺损充填治疗中,软组织修形电刀在边缘密合性及边缘着色方面疗效优于排龈法。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effects of using electrotome with that of gingival retraction methods in the treatment of wedge-shaped defects. Methods 80 teeth with wedge-shaped defects at subgingival depth of 0 ~ 2 mm were selected and divided into 2groups. One was treated with electrotome while the other was treated with gingival retraction method. All the defects were filled with composite resin. All cases were followed up for half a year and a year. The results were evaluated by modified USPHS criteria to analyze the differences. Results According to the observation in half a year and a year,in terms of marginal adaption and marginal discolor,the group in treatment with electrotome performed better than the other one( P< 0.05). After half a year,in the terms of gingival response,the group in the treatment with electrotome performed more severely than the other one( P < 0. 05),but no significant differences were detected in the 1-year follow-up( P>0.05). There were no significant differences in other aspects between the half-a-year follow-up and a-year follow up( P>0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of non-carious cervical lesions,when it comes to marginal adaption and marginal discolor,using electrotome is more effective than using gingival retraction method.
