【Abstract】 With the development of modern information and communication technology like computer and network media,gradually the new digital technology is also introduced in archives management. Hypermedia technology,combining together with the various elements of multimedia and network technology,can effectively promote digitalization,informatization and intelligence of archival management,thus improving archival management.
