基于LabVIEW的非接触式LED结温测试系统

【摘要】 基于LED阵列的相对辐射强度测量和Lab VIEW软件设计搭建了一套非接触式LED结温测试系统。首先介绍了该系统的测试原理、硬件组合以及软件设计思路。然后利用系统测试并标定了红、黄、蓝、绿四种颜色LED小灯的结温与相对辐射强度之间的关系,并对红色LED阵列的结温进行了实时测量和分析。结果表明,该系统可以对LED阵列进行相对辐射强度与结温关系的标定,实现对LED阵列的非接触式的结温测试。

【Abstract】 A non-contact system for determining LED junction temperature is designed based on Lab VIEW and the relative radiation intensity measurement of LED array. First the operational principle and the hardware and software constituents of the system are introduced. The relationship between the junction temperature and the relative radiation intensity of the four-color-LEDs( red,yellow,blue and green) was determined and calibrated by the system. A real time measurement of the junction temperature was performed for the red LED array consisting of 9 LEDs. The results show that the system can be used to calibrate the relationship between junction temperature and relative radiation intensity of LED array. A non-contact method of determining the junction temperature of LED array can be realized by this system.
