多添加环境下混凝土的毛细吸水试验研究

【摘要】 为了对多添加环境下混凝土的毛细吸水性能的影响因素进行准确的判断,利用下吸法对多添加混凝土试件进行了毛细吸水试验,重点研究了水灰比、添加剂掺量和烘干温度这三种因素对多添加混凝土毛细吸水的影响规律。试验结果表明:水灰比、添加剂掺量和烘干温度都是多添加混凝土毛细吸水性的重要影响因素。其中,水灰比和烘干温度越高,多添加混凝土的吸水能力越强,反之,多添加混凝土的吸水能力越低;添加剂的掺量越高,多添加混凝土吸水能力越低,反之,多添加混凝土的吸水能力就越低强。

【Abstract】 In order to add more concrete under the environment of the influence factors of the capillary water absorption performance, accurate judgment, using the method of suction under to add more concrete specimen capillary imbibition experiment was carried out, focused on the water cement ratio,additive dosage and drying temperature of the three factors on the add more concrete the influence law of capillary suction. The experimental results show that the water cement ratio, additive dosage and the drying temperature is to add more important influence factors of concrete capillary water imbibition.Among them, the water cement ratio and the higher the drying temperature, the stronger the more add the water absorbing capacity of concrete, on the other hand, how to add the water absorbing capacity of concrete is lower; The higher the dosage of additives, the lower the water absorption ability to add more concrete, on the contrary, add more concrete is, the less the water absorption ability is strong.
