微波强化粉煤灰-活性炭-H2O2处理垃圾渗滤液的研究

【摘要】 采用粉煤灰吸附分离与活性炭-H2O2-微波强化的高级氧化组合工艺处理垃圾渗滤液,粉煤灰作为垃圾渗滤液的吸附剂,其中溶出的铁及其他过渡金属离子能与H2O2形成Fenton类试剂,在对有机物具有吸附和催化降解作用的活性炭表面氧化分解废水中的有机物。实验结果表明,该法处理效果较好,当调节垃圾渗滤液初始p H=5.0、加入粉煤灰6.2 g,搅拌1 h后过滤分离,滤液中再依次加入1.0g活性炭及1.25 m L 30%H2O2,调节微波功率600 W,辐射处理2.0 min,垃圾渗滤液COD去除率可达75.4%。

【Abstract】 In the paper the combined process of adsorption with coal fly ash from generator plant and intensification with activated carbon- H2O2- microwave radiation advanced oxidation process was studied in landfill leachate. Coal fly ash was adsorbent and the soluble ferric ion as well as other transitional metal ions can form Fenton and Fenton-like reagents with H2O2 together, on the surface of active carbon for absorption and degradation the organic pollutants were oxidized and decomposed in waste water. Experimental results showed that the treatment effect of the combined process for landfill leachate was better, at first landfill leachate was regulated at p H of 5.0, put in coal fly ash of 6.2g, and filtrated after mixed round a hour; the filtrate was put in active carbon of 1.0g and 30%H2O2 of 1.25 ml in sequence, then put into a microwave, microwave power was regulated 600 w, and radiated for 2.0min, the COD removal rate of landfill leachate reach 75.4%.
