【Abstract】 Compared with the universities in the developed area, the teaching resource of the western universities is relatively scarce. To develop the quality of adult higher education, take the information major of adult higher education of the western universities for example, the problems about the appropriate teaching strategy, the modern educational administration system, and the assessment mechanism for the teaching quality are discussed by means of the modern information technology in this paper.
