基于项目教学的人才培养模式改革

【摘要】 本文围绕专业能力培养的核心,开展基于"项目教学"的人才培养模式改革研究。项目教学法是以项目为中心的学习模式,强调跨学科,以学生为中心的学习活动,突出学生工程实践能力、创业创新能力和学习合作能力的培养。教学改革以实际工程为背景,以项目为载体,通过实施项目完成教学,改革的路线包括:科学设计课程体系及教学内容、合理教学组织、考核评价以及教学保障体系等过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current college engineering education is to train modern industry engineering and technical personnel as the goal, there are more emphasis on practical, applied and technical ability training.Surrounding the core of professional ability training,this paper carried out research of the talent training mode reform based on the concept of "project teaching",in order to improve the teaching quality.Project teaching method is a kind of teaching mode,it is based onthe center of the project.This kind of teaching mode isinterdisciplinary, student-centered learning activities.It focuses on the engineering practice ability,innovation ability and cooperation ability.In the teaching activity,the practical engineeringbackground.Teaching reform routes include:scientifice reasonable design curriculum system and teaching contents,reasonable teaching organization and implementation,teaching evaluation and security system process,etc.更多还原
