镉在旱柳(Salix matsudana Koidz)植株各器官中的积累及对其它营养元素吸收和利用的影响
Uptake and Accumulation of Cd and Its Effects on Mineral Nutrients in the Different Organs of Salix matsudana Koidz exposed to Cd
【摘要】 利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)技术研究了不同浓度镉(Cd)(0,10,50和100μmol/L)处理对旱柳植株不同器官的吸收和积累以及Cd对其他矿质元素(Fe、Mn、Zn和Cu)的影响。结果表明,随着Cd处理液浓度的增加,旱柳植株各器官中Cd的含量也随之增加,且Cd主要积累在旱柳的根部,向地上部分转移少;Cd胁迫下抑制Fe和Mn离子的吸收与积累;低浓度Cd处理则会促进Zn和Cu的吸收。
【Abstract】 With inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) technology, the effects of different concentrations of Cd(0,10, 50 and 100μmol/L) on the absorption and accumulation of Cd, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu in the different organs of Salix matsudana Koidz were investigated in the present investigation. The results showed that Cd ions were mainly accumulated in the roots and transferred to the above ground part in a small proportion. The contents of Cd in the organs increased with the increasing Cd concentration. The contents of Fe and Mn ions in the organs decreased under Cd stress, but at low concentration of Cd, it promoted the absorption of Zn and Cu.
