【Abstract】 Period of medical system reform, the relationship between doctors and patients has become increasingly tense, the negative reports on the contradiction between doctors and patients and medical disputes are increasing. The factors that affect the relationship between doctors and patients are complex; the influence of the communication between doctors and patients is becoming more and more obvious. In this paper, the emphasis is on the communication between doctors and patients, countermeasures and suggestions for the harmonious development of the relationship between doctors and patients, hope to achieve mutually beneficial win-win situation.更多还原
