大直径落地式筒仓结构在太阳辐射下的温度场分布
Temperature field of large flat-bottom silos under solar radiation
【摘要】 基于ASHRAE太阳辐射模型和瞬态热传导理论,对太阳辐射作用下钢筒仓和钢筋混凝土筒仓进行瞬态热分析,得出太阳辐射作用下筒仓结构的温度场.通过研究筒仓仓壁在太阳辐射作用下的温度场,发现储料的热工参数对钢筒仓仓壁的温度场影响较大,而对钢筋混凝土筒仓的影响很小.通过参数分析,研究不同热工参数的储料对钢筒仓仓壁温度场的影响.最后对不同太阳辐射吸收系数、筒仓直径和壁厚对仓壁温度场的影响进行分析研究.
【Abstract】 This paper studied the temperature field of steel and concrete silos under solar radiation.The calculation theory was based on the ASHRAE solar radiation model and the transient heat transfer theory.By analyzing the temperature field of silos under solar radiation,it is shown that thermal parameters of the storage material have much impact on the temperature variations of steel silos than those of concrete silos.The infucence of thermal parameters of storage material on the temperature field of steel silo was investigated through paramatric analysis.Finally,the effects of absorption coefficient of solar radiation,diameter of silo and thickness of silo wall on the temperature field of silos were analyzed.
