【摘要】 基于产业结构升级需求视角,在分析基础研究成果转化影响因素的基础上,提出影响因素关系假设,结合问卷调查结果,运用结构方程模型验证假设。结果表明,环境因素对基础研究成果转化机制存在显著正向影响,对研究主体创新驱动力、成果特性、成果吸收体转化能力的影响不显著;基础研究成果转化机制对研究主体创新驱动力有显著正向影响,对成果特性和成果吸收体转化能力的影响不显著;基础研究主体创新驱动力显著正向影响成果特性、成果吸收体转化能力;基础研究成果特性对成果吸收体转化能力有显著正向影响。其中,激励措施是影响研究主体创新驱动力的重要因素,最后提出相关政策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 It analyzes the influence factors and their relationship of basic research achievements transformation of the public R&D organization in Guangdong by using the structural equation model,which are based on the questionnaire survey.Results show that:environment has a significant positive effect on basis research achievements transformation mechanism.The effects of environment on innovation driving force of researchers,achievements characteristics,absorptive capability are not significant.Basis research achievements transformation mechanism has obvious influence on innovation driving force of researchers,and doesn’t affect achievements characteristics or absorptive capability significantly.Innovation driving force of researchers remarkably affected achievements characteristics and absorptive capability.Achievements characteristics have obvious impact on absorptive capability.Incentive measure is an important factor that affects the innovation driving force of researchers.Finally,it put forward relevant policy recommendations.更多还原
