【摘要】 高碳能源低碳化利用是我国发展低碳经济的必然选择。基于相关文献与专家访谈,设计调查问卷,并运用统计分析软件对调查数据进行分析,构建我国高碳能源低碳化利用影响因素理论模型。研究结果表明:社会环境因素对高碳能源的低碳化利用影响程度最高;其次为财政鼓励政策因素和财政惩罚政策因素,促进效果也较明显;此外,能源价格、技术、企业自身以及利益相关者也是推动高碳能源低碳化利用的关键因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Low- carbon utilization of high- carbon energy is essential for developing low- carbon economy in China. This paper designs questionnaire and makes statistical analysis to survey data based on related literature and experts’ interviews.And then,this paper builds the theoretical model of influencing factors of low- carbon utilization of high- carbon energy.The results show that social environment factors impose the strongest effects on low- carbon utilization of high- carbon energy. Secondly,promoting effects of fiscal encouragement policy and financial penalty policy factors are also obvious. Energy prices,technology,related enterprises and stakeholders are also the keys to low- carbon utilization of high- carbon energy.更多还原
