【摘要】 利用内容分析方法,对FOKUS科研质量评价框架的评价单元、评价内容、评价指标、数据来源等4个方面进行深入分析,发现FOKUS具有参考已有体系构建学科分类、综合学术内外进行全面评价、重视定量指标进行质量评价、共享多源数据进行省力评价的特点;并将其与我国学科评估框架进行对比,发现我国评价单元粒度较细、评价维度虽然广泛但关注内容要素不如FOKUS全面且过度重视各种奖励等问题,不利于科研质量的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper conducts the context analysis on four aspects of FOKUS—unit of evaluation,evaluation dimension,evaluation index and the source of assessment material,and finds that FOKUS has four characteristics correspondingly,i. e.constructing a new subject classification according existing ones,performing a comprehensive evaluation under and over academic research impact,attaching great importance to the quantitative indicators,sharing data between more institutions to save energy. And compared with it,China’ s discipline evaluation framework has a more detailed evaluation unit,more comprehensive dimensions but less specific,more emphasis on awards and so on,which is not good for research quality improvement.更多还原
