产量波动情况下农业技术进步贡献率测算的误差
Calculation Errors of Agricultural Technological Progress Contribution under Yield Fluctuations Rate
【摘要】 基于CD生产函数的索洛余值法广泛应用于测算农业技术进步贡献率,但已有部分学者从不同角度指出该方法存在一定缺陷,致使测算结果不准确。采用余值法测算产量波动情况下湖北省棉花的技术进步贡献率,得出相邻年限的技术进步贡献率存在较大差异,表明余值法测算的技术进步贡献率是不可靠的。因此,对于农业技术进步贡献率这一指标需要重新看待。
【Abstract】 C- D Production Function Solow residual method is widely used to measure the contribution rate of technological advances in agriculture,but there are some scholars from different angles indicate that the method has some defects,leading to inaccurate measurement results. In this paper,the author used the residual value method to estimate the cotton ‘s contribution rate of technological progress in Hubei Province under production fluctuations,and obtained the result that there is a big difference of the contribution rate of technological advances between adjacent years. The result shows that using the residual value to get the contribution rate of technological progress is not reliable. Therefore,we need to reconsider whether we should treat the contribution rate of technological advances as an indicator in agriculture.
