【摘要】 专利密集型产业技术创新水平的提升,为中国产业优化升级寻找有效突破口,为专利强国战略探寻着力点和发展方向起着至关重要的作用。分别从全国、省级区域、八大综合经济区等3种角度对我国专利密集型产业2005—2014年的面板数据进行绩效分析,通过对技术和资源的深入研究,进一步分析专利密集型产业在空间和时间上绩效的动态变化,提出相应的对策和建议,为相关地区政府机构和企业的决策提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technological innovation of patent- intensive industries provides an effective breakthrough to industrial upgrading in China,and plays a vital role in the construction of patent competitiveness in our country. From the perspectives of the whole country,twenty- nine provincial regions,and eight comprehensive economic zones the paper makes an analysis on the performance of the panel data from 2005 to 2014. Through in- depth study of the technology and resources,the paper makes a further analysis on the dynamic change of patent- intensive industries in space and time,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,and provides reference for relevant regional government agencies and corporate decision- making.更多还原
