【Abstract】 The paper explores regional gravity causes based on the regional innovation ecosystem,analyzes the situation of regional science and technology resources flow under the influence of regional innovation gravity.Using the Coase theorem and the cobb-douglas function,the authors study the mechanism of market-oriented allocation on regional science and technology resources,point out that regional innovation relative gravity and profit- seeking tendency of innovation main body impact the market transactions of science and technology resources collectively,also drive the local science and technology innovation and industry upgrading.The paper also puts forward suggestions on Jiangsu innovation driven development based on reality.更多还原
