【Abstract】 For the great attention received by the interorganizational networks,structural holes have been considered an im portant problem by firms. Based on the latest progress in the studies of structural holes,our paper carries on a literature review,illuminates the connotation,research method,measurement and mechanism of structural holes,and proposes the research framework of structural holes. The paper not only provides the theoretical foundation and inspiration of structural holes research in the Chinese context,but also points out the direction of future research in this field.更多还原
