【摘要】 通过对贺州市2010-2013年参与"国培计划"置换脱产研修培训的300名农村小学骨干教师进行调查得知,经过三个月的研修、培训,绝大多数教师的教学实践能力得到显著提升。但不同职称、不同学历层次教师的教学实践能力提高存在显著差异,其因素在于教师本身的素质。置换脱产培训对于提高教师的教学实践能力有积极的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on 2010-2013 in Hezhou city to participate in the "national training plan" the replacement of full time training training 300 rural primary school teachers for the survey, after three months of training, the training, the majority of teachers’ teaching practice ability has been significantly improved. However, there are significant differences in the teaching practice ability of teachers with different titles and different educational background.
